Philosophy

Started from a handful of principles and a rough vision in 2006, eendracht is now grown to a solid destination with a unique character. We source our ingredients locally with organic farmers with whom we maintain regular contact to determine our menu. We have 2 menu’s a 4 and a 6 course version, both of them are chef’s menu’s, which implies that they are a surprise. Our wine-list is hand selected to match our style of cuisine from the offerings of sustainable winemakers from various regions throughout Europe.

Eendracht is a small restaurant, guests are seated at or around the kitchen and are an intricate part of the dynamics of the evening. On the second floor there is a separate, tasteful function room for group diners.
We are straightforward with charm, much like the city of Rotterdam itself. In the middle of the restaurant is the woodburning oven, the genuine hart of the place. The rustic and authentic flavors that it brings are matched with delicate, fresh elements on the plate, to make for harmonious dishes. We don’t shun the newest techniques, as long as they don’t overshadow the integrity of the products we’re using.

Eendracht’s team consists of people with multiple years of experience in the trade. People who have made a conscensious choice for the restaurant business. We sincerely believe we can have a positive impact on your day. Taste, talk, drink and laugh and most importantly feel at comfortable, that’s how we feel!
