Eendrachts’ network is special and conscious. We follow a few guiding principles that have a big impact on our daily business. Local, sustainable and the shortest route from soil to plate.

Wilgenhof - One of our suppliers is extra special: farm “de Wilgenhof” in Polsbroek. Celia and Jeroen moved to the countryside in 2004 to escape the city and run a small organic farm next to their daytime jobs. On 4 acres of land they cultivate vegetables, grow fruits, keep bees and breed high end livestock for their own consumption. A stable of cattle is too much for 2 people to consume, so what a beautiful coincidence it was when one of their best friends opened his own restaurant in 2005. All the farmhouse meat in eendracht comes from de Wilgenhof and de Wilgenhof has only eendracht as a client.

Biologisch Goed  - Every Monday Ronald sends us his list of vegetables ready for the picking that week by the farmers of Biologisch Goed. These organic farmers from the Hoeksche Waard, an area just south of Rotterdam, formed a co-op to be effective in reaching homes, restaurant and institutions with their splendid sustainable produce.     Biologisch Goed has a web shop where you can buy all sorts of organic vegetables and other products, take a look at: www.biologischgoed.nl

G&B - We call Peter on a regular basis to see what his befriended fishermen have caught that day; we love his striped bass, flounder, mackerel and haddock. But since Peter is straight from Yrseke, the shellfish capital of Europe, mussels, clams and such are naturally also top notch.

Treuren  - The only other meat we cook with is the game that Rob Treuren gets. Together with Rob, we have made a great effort to get wild goose back on the Rotterdam menu. A great article about that is on our Media page (in Dutch). www.wildhandel.nl

VanMenno - An icon when it comes to sourdough bread in Holland. He started with with a handful notable clients in Rotterdam, now he delivers his bread all over the Netherlands., vanmenno.nl.

Bourgondisch Lifestyle - Cheeses ripened in special climatized ripening rooms is rare, when the store owners also have their own distinct style of ripening there is synergy. Latif en René are our only cheese suppliers and if you have them, there is no need for anyone else.  bourgondschlifestyle.nl.

Olijfbedrijf - Gregor has been a family friend for years, but when he showed up with the best olive oil we tasted from Greece, he even became a supplier. Gregor has since expanded his olijfbedrijf (olive company) with various olive oils, citrus oil, capers, olives and even olive oil for toddlers! olijfbedrijf.nl

Okhuysen - Our relationship with this renowned wine importer goes back 20 years. De Kat family and  our own alliance Bas, have suppllied eendracht with advice, guidance and the best fermented grape juice you can find, okhuysen.nl.

De vier Heemskinderen - There are so many beautiful wines in their range. Only from Europe, mostly from France and only organic or bio-dynamic. That their wines are to be taken seriously can be seen by the client list and their many michelin stars.,  vierheemskinderen.nl.

Terroir Wijn - Guus likes terroir in his wines and so do we. Wines where grape, sustainability and field are important, not the tricks one can pull in the cellar. He runs this small business a stone's throw away from eendracht, terroirwijn.nl.
